Services The
DeJohn Group, LLC offers a reliable, high-quality human resource development
consulting specifically pertaining to transition management, strategic
management, work group management, executive management, and relationship management. These
specific areas are centered on the quality, improvement, performance, safety
and cost associated with the organization. Our goal is to align vision,
people, and systems taking into consideration accountability, precision, and
change. The services provided by The DeJohn Group, LLC to its clients
directly involve situations with companies where our services directly
compliment the needs of the organization concerning change, performance,
ROI, and human capital. We work from identified needs to work through a
process of resolution to ensure a situation WIN/WIN for all. We
target five (5) key areas of management which include: Transition Management
– is old vs. new paradigms where change is certain; however, we approach
change in incremental levels so there is no fear of being overwhelmed. Strategic Management
– is results driven and focused on outcomes rather than means. Work Group Management
– takes quality, improvement, performance, and safety into consideration to
result in accountability, return, and empowerment for results. Executive Management
– is analyzed from a leadership perspective to lead, share, follow, and
transform. Relationship Management – the culture of the organization is reviewed
through the value system to align vision, people, and systems. Training
Modules We have developed numerous training modules which challenge creativity
as well as remove boundaries to move in more innovative methods,
applications, and practices. We have conducted training through one on one
coaching, mentoring as well as group facilitation. Participants frequently take
part in the course discussions and activities. They are recognized and
encouraged to get involved because we realize that they are the subject
matter experts. Our training process is based on a consulting and HR
mentality to collaboratively identify and modify methods for improving
current states. Quality
Control Process The current quality control processes we employ include but are
not limited to production, service, delivery reliability, safety, and cost.
Performance will be evaluated based on timelines established. Performance
will be compared to quality goals established based upon the timeline.
Differences will be acted upon to diagnose causes and stimulate remedies.
The objective is to meet and exceed the identified goals to foster a best
case scenario for clients. Building
